Care is a +$99/mo upgrade. Toggle it on or off any time from the customer portal — your underlying plan stays the same.
Everything we get asked before someone hits the button.
Because we're not really selling you a website — we're renting one to you. Custom builds at agencies are $5,000–10,000 because that's a one-time job and they need to make their money on it. Our build is templated and productised, so we can amortise it across the subscription. You're paying for the use, not the asset.
The site goes offline on your last paid day — you're renting the site, not buying it. There's no exit fee and no chasing, but no site either. Your domain stays yours, your content and photos stay yours, and we'll keep your data exported for 30 days in case you come back.
On Management, edits are $60 per hour, quoted up front before we touch it — you only pay if you say yes. On Care, all edits are included (no hourly), which is the whole point of the upgrade for high-touch customers.
The two things you're paying for are unlimited edits (no $60/hr) and priority queue (same-day turnaround, WhatsApp support). If you change your site more than once a month — adding services, swapping photos as jobs finish, updating prices, refreshing reviews — Care pays for itself fast. If you set-and-forget, Management is plenty.
No. $199/mo (or $1,999/yr) covers build, hosting, domain, SSL, and email support. The only other charge is edits at $60/hr, and those are quoted before we start. No platform fees, no SSL fees, no domain markup, no GST surprise — it's all included.
We do, here in the team. We use trade-specific templates that we've productised so the build is fast (24 hours) — but the content, services, photos, and copy come from your onboarding brief and your existing online presence (we pull what we can from your Google Business Profile and Facebook page so you don't have to retype it).
Yes. From the customer portal — flip from Monthly to Yearly (we credit any unused monthly time) or vice versa. Adding or removing Care works the same way. No call, no email, no friction.
From when your brief is complete, yes. If you upload your photos and finish the onboarding form on Monday morning, your preview link lands Tuesday morning. After your one round of revisions, we push it live on your domain.
Not sure yet? Get a free 24-hour mockup of your site — no payment, no commitment. Or skip straight to onboarding if you've already decided.
