The score blends four categories: Performance (how fast it loads), Accessibility (how usable it is), Best Practices (how modern + secure it is), and SEO (how well it can rank). 90+ is "good," 50–89 is "needs work," under 50 is hurting you.
No — anything in the green (90+) is genuinely fast. The difference between 95 and 100 is mostly noise. The difference between 35 and 90 is about double the conversion rate from the same Google traffic. Most tradie sites we test land between 25 and 50.
