How is this so cheap? What's the catch?
A small set of trade-specific templates, no bespoke design, no Figma round-trips. We've productised the painful parts and only build for construction trades. Margin lives in the $199/month — which means we're motivated to keep your site working, not to upsell you. The catch: if you want a fully custom design, we're the wrong agency.
Do I own my website?
You own the domain and the content you provide — photos, copy, business details. The website itself stays with us, because we recover the upfront build cost across the subscription instead of charging $5,000–10,000 upfront like a custom agency. Hosting is bundled in, which already makes the all-in monthly fee cheaper than what 90% of providers charge for hosting alone.
This is a custom-coded website — not built on Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress. That's deliberate, it's what keeps it fast. If you ever want to take the full website off our hands and stop the service, we can hand over all the HTML files for a one-time $5,000 AUD buyout.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site goes offline on your last paid day — you're renting it, not buying it. No exit fee, no chasing — but no site either. Your domain stays yours and we'll keep your data exported for 30 days in case you come back.
Can I edit the website myself?
No, and that's deliberate. CMSes are how 90% of small-business sites end up broken (forgotten passwords, expired plugins, dead SSL). Email us your changes and we'll do them — quoted up front before we touch it.
How many pages do I get?
Every standard build is a single, well-structured page — your hero, About, services, areas served, contact form, and Google reviews all on one scroll. This isn't us cutting corners: single-page tradie sites convert significantly better than multi-page ones because customers don't have to hunt for the phone number or service list. Less friction, more calls.
If you specifically need multiple pages — separate About / Services pages, or you want a blog later — that's a custom one-off. Just say so up front and we'll quote it before you commit. Standard build doesn't include extra pages, but adding them is straightforward when there's a real reason to.
What if I already have a website?
Send us the URL. We'll build a free mockup so you can see the difference before you decide. If your site is already good, we'll tell you straight.
What's the $60/hour for, exactly?
Edits beyond the build — a new page, copy from scratch, fresh photography, integrating a booking system. We quote it up front, you say yes or no, then it's billed by the half-hour.
What's your turnaround for the actual build?
24 hours from when your onboarding form is in. The build is automated; the bottleneck is you sending us the photos and confirming the preview.
